Hand-picking, whole-cluster pressing and a long yeast storage period give them their fine and long-lasting mousseux. The upscale sparkling wine experience: Pinot Réserve is made from a cuvée of three Burgundy grape varieties. Bottle fermentation is followed by a refinement phase of at least 36 months on the lees. With its aroma of fine pastries and charming raspberries, the Pinot Grand Réserve is all-round delicate and elegant.
