Beschreibung
Beaumont’s „new baby“ was already five years old in 2020. The cuvée was created in 2015 from roughly equal proportions of Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon with a little Chardonnay and Colombard. As the amount of old vines used here is limited, there are only six barriques. This is a big, complex South African that should be given large glasses and plenty of air or a few more years to mature in the cellar. It then delights with a wide range of flavours from oranges, mandarins and lemons to sea buckthorn, stone and pome fruit, herbs and fine wood.
