Beschreibung
The vineyards of DAOU are located around Paso Dobles, between Los Angeles and San Francisco. This is also where the grapes for the „Bodyguard Chardonnay‘ grow, which skilfully combines dense opulence and elegant finesse. A complex aromatic structure (pineapple, mango, peach, honeysuckle, vanilla) characterises the nose of this wine, which is joined on the palate by fresh acidity and other aromatic impressions such as citrus notes as well as honeydew melon, papaya, kiwi and passion fruit. The result is a fascinating and incredibly complex aroma of the highest quality.
