A great Chablis is always an experience, especially when it comes from the famous Les Fourchaumes premier cru vineyard in Brocard. Situated to the north of the legendary seven Grand Crus and perfectly exposed to the sun, the slope shines with a mouth-watering juiciness. Due to the so-called Kimmeridge soils (shell limestone from the Jurassic period) on which the Chardonnay grapes grow and the ripe acidity, the result is an almost dancing minerality! The long, creamy finish provides a wonderful balance.
