In the 2021 vintage, the Wachenheimer Böhlig is once again among the „Premier Crus? of the in-house classification, which comes closest to the top sites classified as „G.C.?. Spicy, rich fullness and the finest acid structure induced by a high proportion of lime in the red sandstone create a seductive field of tension in which citrus fruit and mineral depth unite to form a great whole of impressive fullness.
