The 2019 vintage is particularly notable for its incredible finesse and beguiling flavour. This is particularly true of Haut Brion, which is reminiscent of the wonderful 1985. This intense nose of black fruits with hints of black truffles almost leaves you in awe. James Suckling gave the wine a full 100 points.
